This three bedroom apartment is ideally situated within a minute's walk of the renowned beach at Fig Tree Bay in the holiday resort of Protaras.

Located on the second floor, this delightful apartment has been decorated in a fun designer theme and furnished to a very high standard with modern furniture in a relaxing environment.

The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are all open plan to provide the maximum amount of space.

The lounge area has a very modern comfortable sofa seating up to 3 persons, one arm chair and two modern stools. A flat screen TV is also provided for entertainment. The large dining area window offers views of the sea. The large circular dining table provides seating for up to 6 persons.

A smaller round table with two chairs, can either be placed in the kitchen area or out on the kitchen balcony; an ideal place for a lazy breakfast for two.

The well designed, ultra modern, metallic blue kitchen is fully equipped with hob and oven, full fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster and kettle.

The first bedroom consists of a double bed with en-suite shower room. To maximise space, the second and third bedrooms use an innovative high and low system of two and three beds, respectively. There is separate bathroom consisting of a bath with shower head, WC and wash basin.

The apartment is air-conditioned throughout, providing cold air and heat as necessary. Bed linen and and bath towels are provided. *Beach towels are not provided.

Outside

There is a large shared swimming pool with a baby paddling pool and sun loungers for a cool relaxing afternoon with stunning uninterrupted views of the sea. A secure parking area is available for one vehicle.

Location

The apartment is situated in the heart of Protaras next to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, renowned for its crystal clear waters and golden sandy beach, where you can enjoy a large selection of water sports or boat rides.

A two minute walk will take you to the main strip of Protaras where you can enjoy a vast array of restaurants, bars and entertainment as well as the many little shops.

You can now also enjoy a midnight stroll along the newly built boardwalk, where you can enjoy the sea gently lapping against the rocks while you stroll or simply sit in one of the many little garden cafés on the way.

Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive away where you can enjoy a vast array of night time entertainment with clubs that stay open into the early hours, or enjoy a energetic day out at the enormous Water World water park.
