Two sumptuous leather sofas provide comfortable seating; one is a pull out sofa-bed for two persons. The lounge is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV with satellite package and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric hob and oven with extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils.

A dining area comfortably seats up to 4 persons.

The spacious bedroom has a large double bed, built in wardrobes, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a dressing table. The bedroom window offers an unobstructed view of the sea and the surrounding area. There is a modern bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin.

Glass patio doors open out onto a balcony which offers wonderful views of the sea.

For your convenience and security there is a personal document safe in the apartment.

Outside

There is a large communal swimming pool with a baby pool, sunbathing area and a small children’s playground situated directly next to the pool.

Location

This Armonia Resort apartment is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Paralimni and Kapparis.

The nearest beach is a short 3 minute drive away. The municipal town of Paralimni is a 5 minute drive away and offers a large variety of shops, boutiques and well stocked supermarkets along with plenty of cafés and restaurants. Kapparis also offers a large selection of restaurants and bars.

The resort of Protaras is only a 7 minute drive away, where you can enjoy a vast array of bars, restaurants, night time entertainment, shops, water sports and the renowned beach at Fig Tree Bay.
