Presidential Villas - Ayia Triada

Description

Presidential Villas 4 and 5 are two, well-appointed villas where special attention has been paid to soft furnishings for comfort and relaxation.

These villas are ideal for large groups or families and wedding parties, as the villas are located directly next to each other. The villas are available for rent individually.

Ground Floor

The ground floor consists of open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas.

Lounge seating is provided by two comfortable, leather sofas seating up to 6 persons. A TV with Satellite (free to air) is also provided for entertainment.

The bright and spacious, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment to create a feast.

A guest WC is also located on the ground floor, just off the kitchen area.

First Floor

All three bedrooms and a family sized bathroom are situated on this floor. The bedrooms consist of two with double beds (one of these bedrooms has en-suite facilities) and one bedroom with twin beds

Outside

The rear patio and garden with patio furniture, seating up to 6 persons, provide a beautiful setting to enjoy an alfresco meal created on the portable barbeque.

The private swimming pool is professionally maintained and ready for use; six sun loungers are provided.

A private drive way provides parking for a single vehicle.

Location

The villas are situated just off the road in a lovely, quiet, area between Kapparis, Ayia Triada and Pernera and offer glimpses of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

A five minute drive will bring you the resort of Pernera. offering pubs, restaurants and many small beaches dotted around the coastline. If you drive on for a further 5 minutes, you will arrive at the bustling resort of Protaras, home to Fig Tree Bay with it's beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters. Here you will find an vast variety of restaurants, pubs and nightlife to keep you entertained.

A five minute drive in the opposite direction will take you to the modern municipal town of Paralimni. Here you can experience a great day shopping at the many boutiques, well-stocked supermarkets or sip a frappé at one of the local cafés.

Ayia Napa, with it's renowned nightlife and Nissi Beach is only a 15 minute drive away.
