Ground Floor

Spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary implements to create that great home cooked meal. A large dining table provides seating for six. The lounge room accommodates two 2 seater sofas and an arm chair. A flat screen TV, satellite, music centre and DVD player are provided for your entertainment.

A guest W.C. is situated on this level for convenience.

Patio doors lead out to the rear garden which is equipped with patio furniture.

First Floor

All three bedrooms are situated on this floor and consist of one double bedroom and two twin rooms. All have built in wardrobes.

Outside

A private swimming pool is situated to the side of the villa. Six sun loungers are provided for relaxation. Privacy is ensured by a surrounding wooden fence. A well tended garden provides a pleasant infusion of colour and an atmosphere of tranquillity.

Location

Situated on a small complex of similar villas in the holiday resort of Pernera. A three minute walk takes you to the Marlita beach. There are bars restaurants and shops within walking distance.

A five minute drive or 35 minute walk will take you into the resort of Protaras and the fabulous beach at Fig Tree Bay.
