Three of the four bedrooms a located on this floor and they consist of 2 double bedrooms and a twin room. The fourth bedroom being an attic bedroom (not suitable for elderly guests due to steep stairs) is also hosts a double bed. Wonderful sea views are enjoyed by 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

Private swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Large patio complete with outdoor furniture, umbrellas and sun beds for your enjoyment.

The landscaped garden, which is literally 100 metres away from the sea, is equipped with a swing and garden furniture as well as a built in BBQ.

Parking is made easy by the private drive, as well as road side parking in front of the villa.
