This charming, airy three bedroom villa has been recently refurbished and is situated in Protaras within easy walking distance of the nearest beach and resort centre.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is an open plan design with lounge, kitchen and dining areas and a sitting room/third bedroom equipped with a double sofa bed and wardrobes.

The lounge area is bright and airy with comfortable seating and a TV, DVD player and PlayStation are provided for entertainment (there is a small library of games for the PlayStation). One wall has accordion style glass doors which open onto a peaceful patio area overlooking the adjacent farm land.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob and convection oven and a breakfast bar/dining area seating up to 6 persons.

A guest WC is situated just off the lounge area.

First Floor

The remaining two bedrooms and family bathroom are situated on the first floor.

The bedrooms consist of one double bedroom and one with twin beds, both with built-in floor to ceiling wardrobes and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a door that opens out onto an adjoining balcony. The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath with shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside

In the front patio area, a private, well maintained swimming pool is situated with ample sun bathing area. To ensure privacy, the front area of the villa is surrounded by fencing.

The rear patio area provides ample space for the patio furniture and al fresco dining can be enjoyed here.

Location

Villa Cycas is situated just off the top main road of Protaras, making the main resort centre, where you can find a vast variety of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment, easily accessible. There are many water sports to be found on almost all beaches along the coast of Protaras or you can simply relax and catch up on your tan.

A seven minute drive will take you into the municipal town of Paralimni, where you can find well stocked supermarkets, post office, shops, boutiques, cafés and local restaurants.

The holiday resort of Ayia Napa is only a fifteen minute drive, where you can find the renowned Water World water park.
