Ground Floor

The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are open-plan.

The spacious lounge area has been lovingly furnished with a comfortable, three piece lounge suite. A satellite TV, DVD player and portable stereo are provided for entertainment.

The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has all the essentials to create that special meal; electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. Good quality cutlery and crockery are also provided. The kitchen door opens directly out to the rear patio and the private swimming pool.

The sunny dining area makes dining a pleasure. A wooden table provides seating up to eight persons. A glass door situated off the dining area gives direct access to the patio and private swimming pool.

Also situated on the this floor is a twin bedroom, ideal for persons with impaired mobility. A separate shower room with WC and washbasin is conveniently situated directly next to this bedroom.

First Floor

The remaining three bedrooms are situated on this floor. They consist of one double and two twin rooms.

The double bedroom has an accompanying balcony with a view of the swimming pool from one side. One of the twin rooms has an en-suite shower. All the rooms have built-in floor to ceiling wardrobes and dual air-conditioning/heating for all year round comfort.

The family sized bathroom is also on this floor with a bath and shower unit. In an alcove adjacent to the bathroom, a washing machine is provided.

Outside

The private 4mx8m swimming pool is situated to the rear of the villa ensuring more privacy. Sun loungers, patio furniture and parasols are provided.

A private, gated driveway accommodating one vehicle, leads up to the side and rear patio areas.

Location

Villa Kikis is situated along a quiet coastal road near to the sea in the Ayia Triada, Serena Bay area.

A 5 minute drive will take you to the holiday resort of Pernera and in the other direction the municipal town of Paralimni where you can find all the local supermarkets, shops, boutiques, banks and post office.

A 7 minute drive will take you into the centre of Protaras where you can enjoy a vast selection of restaurants, bars, and night time entertainment, not forgetting the renowned and stunning Fig Tree bay.

A 10 minute drive will take you to the resort of Ayia Napa with it's own selection of restaurants, bars and entertainment plus the award winning Water World water park.
