A charming, two bedroom detached house, nestled snugly in the heart of Pernera, flanked on one side by a small tree lined park.

Although this property is right in the centre of the town, it is reasonably quiet. The house is an older style building that has been lovingly looked after by its owners.

Ground Floor

The ground floor consists of a lounge area, an open plan kitchen and a dining area.

The lounge area consists of a two seater sofa bed with two accompanying arm chairs. A TV (local channels only) is provided for entertainment. Glass patio doors, off the lounge, open onto the rear patio area and small tree lined park.

The fully fitted kitchen, with plenty of cupboard space, offers all the necessities to make that family meal. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. There is a small breakfast bar with three bar stools for easy enjoyment of meals. Alternatively, meals can be enjoyed in comfort at the dining table seating up to four persons.

A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.

First Floor

The minimalist décor of the master bedroom makes this room feel bright and airy. This room comprises a large double bed, two side tables with bedside lamps and split air-conditioning.

The second bedroom has twin beds and a fan. There is an accompanying balcony off this room.

The family bathroom is situated on this floor.

Outside

The spacious garden offers an assortment of flowering plants and orange and hibiscus trees. A large patio is covered by a timber pergola, giving that much needed shade. A patio table with four chairs is provided, which makes this the ideal setting to enjoy an al fresco meal. The patio overlooks the little public park filled with lovely trees which makes this a charming and serene setting.

Location

A one minute walk will take you into the centre of Pernera where you will find various restaurants, bars, shops and banks. A bakery is also nearby.

The Pernera coastline is dotted with beaches and bays. Almost all are within a five to ten minute walk from the house.

A couple of minutes drive will take you into the holiday resort of Protaras where there is a vast array of restaurants, bars and night time entertainment. Ayia Napa is a fifteen minute drive away.

A seven minute drive will take you into the municipal town of Paralimni where all the large supermarkets, shops, boutiques, post office, banks and bakeries are situated.
