This charming three bedroom villa is nestled on a quiet complex of similar villas near to the sea in the Kapparis, Protaras area on the South Eastern side of the Island.

Villa Serendipity is ideal for enjoyable family holidays and for couples just wanting a get away at any time of year. Air-conditioning is provided throughout the property.

Ground Floor

The living room is spacious and homely offering comfortable sofas seating up to 6 persons as well as a fire place for winter. A flat screen TV with free-to-air satellite is also provided and an Internet connection.

On either side of the living room are two glass patio doors which open onto the private swimming pool and covered patio area equipped with patio furniture (ideal for evening meals al fresco style). You may therefore enjoy the comfort of being indoors while still being able to keep an eye on the kids in the swimming pool and garden.

The well designed, open and functional kitchen, offers a pleasant area to create that culinary feast. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob/oven with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, cookware and utensils.

The ample dining area offers seating up to 6 persons and just off to the side of the kitchen and dining areas is a guest WC.

First Floor

All three bedrooms are situated on this floor plus a family sized bathroom with bath and shower, WC and washbasin.

The vibrant and warmly decorated master bedroom is equipped with floor to ceiling wardrobes, a personal safe, and ample amounts of space to lounge in one of the chairs or to enjoy your morning exercises. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin. A balcony runs the whole length of the master bedroom and offers an ideal place to enjoy an early morning sunrise or to relax, with a refreshing glass of wine, and watch the sunset over the sea.

The two twin rooms are pleasantly furnished in different colour schemes and each have floor to ceiling wardrobes and small balconies.

Outside

A private, professionally cleaned, 4m x 8m swimming pool offers a wonderful way to relax in privacy, surrounded by the garden and a patio area. There are 4 sun loungers as well as patio furniture seating up to 6 persons. Enjoy al fresco meals cooked on a traditional Cypriot barbecue.

The villa is gated with private covered parking for one vehicle.

Location

Situated in the Kapparis area of Protaras and Paralimni, only 200 metres from the beautiful, clear blue Mediterranean sea. A 5 minute walk will bring you to the nearest amenities, where there are shops, bars and restaurants.

The resort of Protaras is only a short 7 minute drive away, where you can enjoy a vast array of restaurants, bars, water sports and the renowned beach at Fig Tree Bay.
