This modern, Mediterranean 4 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet and tranquil location close to the sea near Protaras on the east coast. The villa is constructed on 3 levels and decorated very tastefully with comfort in mind.

Villa Thomas offers wonderful views of the sea and the charming Green Bay, where you can watch the fishing boats come and go and swim in the crystal clear waters.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

Lower Floor

The lower floor (basement area), accessed via a flight of stairs, has a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This is an ideal room for teenagers wanting some independence and privacy.

Ground Floor

The open plan ground floor consists of lounge, kitchen and dining areas.

The relaxing lounge area features a flat screen TV with surround sound, satellite receiver (limited channels) and a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary crockery and cutlery.

The dining area has a large extendable dining table comfortably seating up to 6 persons.

You can find a washing machine on this floor just outside the ironing / linen room. A separate shower room is also located on this level.

First Floor

The master double bedroom with en-suite shower room is situated on this level along with two twin bedrooms. A separate family bathroom is also situated on this floor. One of the twin rooms and the master bedroom share a balcony which overlooks the swimming pool.

Outside

The tantalizing 9m x 5m private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area complete with sunbeds and pool side shower. The garden surrounding the pool provides splashes of bright colour and the wooden fence and shrubbery offers a fair degree of privacy.

There is a built-in barbecue; ideal for preparing al fresco meals to enjoy whilst watching the beautiful sunsets at the end a perfect summer day.

Location

Situated on the Cape Greco side of Protaras in a wonderfully peaceful location, where farmland and lemon groves add to calm and serene atmosphere.

A mini-market and restaurant are within 400m of the villa. A wider selection of amenities can be found in the centre of Protaras, which is approximately 1.6km away. Here you will also find the renowned beach at Fig Tree Bay.

Large, fully stocked, supermarkets can be found in the municipal town of Paralimni which is only a short 10 minute drive away.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Weekly Maid service is included.

A hire car is recommended.
